DESCRIPTION
The property consists of two rustic plots, R685 and R 687, described in Lugar de “Valdorido”, facing Rua do Sol, Rua do Souto, Travessa do Souto and Via do Poder Local, in Lugar de Casconha, Sobreira, with a total area of ​​79,510 m2.
Both terrains are described as pasture, pine and bush, and presented as confrontations:

DESCRIPTION OF ENVIRONMENT
The land under analysis is located to the south of the center of Sobreira and the West of Lugar de Casconha, in a mixed area, largely covered by woods and pine forest (about 85%) and framed by single-family houses (about 15 % ).

THE DAOS PROVIDED AS RUSTIC BUILDING CHAIRS ARE INSCRIBED IN THE MATRIX WITH MATERIALS 685 and 687, as well as the topographic survey nº 20212. 365m2. However, while there is no change in the matrix, the area considered was constant in the rustic land registers, of 79,510 m2.
URBAN SITUATION
The PDM of Paredes was consulted and the classification maps and designated constraints were ordered, both on the website of the Municipality of Parede, as well as on the website of DGOTDU, with the purpose of framing the land in territorial terms and the soil where they are located. insert.
In addition, the Municipality of Paredes was consulted, in the Planning Division, with a view to confirming the framing of the land in the spatial planning maps.
Taking into account the topographic survey of large walls, which correspond to the location of the buildings (Fig. 1), we can reduce the fact that the land is located mostly in the Conditioned Occupation Zone - Forest of the Conditioned Occupation Zone (Fig. 2), and Complementary Forest, as well as , in National Ecological Reserve.
In the area next to the existing buildings, we can identify 3 distinct areas with a total area of ​​approximately 3.00 m2, which are mentioned below, in
Urban Occupancy Zone - Agglomerates,
Facing Travessa do Souto, with an area of ​​about 1,250 m2;
Facing Rua do Sol, with an area of ​​about 850 m2;
With areas for Rua do Poçinho, with an area of ​​900 m2
It should be noted that although a large part of the plot (conditioned front zone) is located in the fire danger zone, having even been selected in 2005, as an occupation of risk area The mentioned ones, with the exception of the orientation to Travessa do Souto , are not found in covered areas, despite not being considered in these urban situations, ending in 2015.
It should also be mentioned that the fact of conditioned occupation of areas of 10,000 m2, may constitute a sufficient condition to allow the installation of superior properties with benefits for the municipality, namely in terms of benefits for employment, as referred to in article ter 26, paragraph 2 of the PDM.
