This property is on the top of the mountain range with runs along the East of the Yunguilla Valley. It has an elevation of about 10,456 feet above sea level. The air is extremely fresh and it's so quiet and peaceful here that you will wonder if your ears are still working.

There is a small, 1-story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sunroom which sits near the entrance to the 27 Hectares (66 Acres) of land. A majority of the land is flat or near-flat and has over 400 meters of dirt roads running throughout it. There are lots of pine trees, rabbits, birds, and other small game animals.

The property is 55 Kilometers south of Cuenca, and takes 53 minutes to get here. It is off the main highway which heads to Loja, about 5 blocks from a tiny town with about 10 houses and 5 stores/restaurants. The nearest larger towns are Las Nieves and Nabón. You could access this property from the main highway or from a side road which is where people normally enter.

The property has a small caregiver house as well as a few barns and sheds which are located near a large reservoir. The property has cell phone signal, potable water, and electrical service.
