Headquarters farm 15 hectares (10 hectar Workable) (fenced farm including infrastructure)
Seat farm is universal farm fenced concrete pillars and metal wire fence with a pantry and related facilities. It stretches over 15 hectares second class land of which 10 ha Workable, near the village of Ostojićevo Coka municipality. Connected by asphalt road, phone line and three phase electricity. Drinking water comes from wells with water pump, irrigation and watering of animals from other wells (a total of 3 * 90-115 m). Conditions of supply and transportation are provided by road traffic and rail traffic through, as the distance from the railway station, only a few hundred meters, how far away from the main road and Coca-Kikinda.
The farm has a total of 8 separate objects.
Each object has a specific purpose and a functional unit for a particular purpose. The functioning of the farm mainly designed for fattening and breeding pigs. There are four facilities that serve the above-mentioned purpose.
For pleasant relaxation and recreation, in the quiet place, next to a small lake with swans and colorful koi carps built a new house of 80 sqm.
