RATIONALE OF THE MULUGUNSHI FARM BLOCK:
This is undeveloped virgin land of about 89 Acres ,its approximately 200 meters from the Mulungushi river.In addition this distance is a 20 minutes drive from Kabwe town in the central province of Zambia.It has been a talking point on the issue of being one of the cradles of humanity in Africa because that is where the remains of the Broken Hillman where discovered way back long,It used to be a large copper and zinc producer but now all that is water under the bridge.
Its for that reason of minerals that it so fertile in terms of Agriculture,it is also a good area for relaxation,for a resource center,be it bird watching etc.The nearby river is so good for a lot of water games,it may be feared though that this river may be uptight with Crocodiles.
