~ MAKE ME AN OFFER ~ We have a piece of land (1/3 Acre) in the Poconos (Bartonsville - Barton Glen Development, Exit 302 off of Route 80). Easy access to Route 80 and 611. There is a Pool, fishing lake, clubhouse, Low dues (approx. $400 per year). To make a long story short, we bought the property that is buildable, but site distance is needed to get a driveway permit. PLEASE keep reading. There are two ways it can be rectified. One way is if a sign is put up stating "right turn in/right turn out". The other way is to buy the property next door that is for sale (1/3 Acre and I have the contact info). A reverse subdivision can be done to make it into one parcel. It did perc, but the permit has expired. We paid $16,500 for the land and are basically trying to get rid of it because we moved on and built a house elsewhere and are having financial difficulties.
