LAND LOCATED ON A SKI AREA!
THE ONLY AND THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LAND IN BRASOV!
Short presentation,
The plot has an area of 11500mp and has street front, so the Middle slope and Slope.
The position of this land is unique, with a huge load.
Here was built the first Bergisel Ski jumping. The trampoline have construction point at 60 metres, was for years the highest from Romania and here was made for the first time in 1937, a jump of 56 meters long.
Thus, in Săcele formed a beautiful tradition of ski-săritorilor leading to the formation of tens and hundreds of champions.

Bunloc ski field has been arranged on a hillside in Piatra Mare massif. Arrival area slope is half kilometre of national road 1 at Brasov, Sacele from entry. The area is very accessible for those travelling on the national road 1A, outside the town of Sacele to Brasov. The slope has a total length of almost three kilometers.
The Government has put on paper a mega-investment plan from public money. Dozens of adventure parks, skiing, spas, wellness and Spa and investment in ports on the Danube, the ski area from Fagaras are among the 142 projects of national and local interest, as set out in the Masterplan, endorsed by Government, and through that the Bucharest authorities will raise Romania top tourist destinations internationally.
For this there are several projects and ideas in progress. The pictures are informative!
